Customer Services can be found near the main plaza doors on the ground floor outside Bella Italia.

Free Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs - Please visit Customer Services for more information.

Turbo Tots - Small ones love shopping when you hire one of our brightly coloured kids buggies.

Gift Card - Available from Customer Services, these cards can be loaded with any amount between £5 and £500 and can be used at any participating store in the outlet including the Food Hall and all Plaza Restaurants with the exception of I'm a Celebrity Jungle Challenge, Pussycat London and Vue Cinema.

Quiet Room- Available on request, please visit Customer Services for more details. 

Free WiFi - Stay connected- with our compliments.

Joos- For your convenience, phone charging pods are located on Lower and Upper levels.

Sipple- Find our innovative Sipple Hydration Station on the Upper level.

Blue Badge Parking- During centre trading hours parking for Blue Badge holders is free of charge for the first 4 hours. Please click on the link for further information: Car Parking (quaysidemediacityuk.co.uk)

Accessible Parking Scheme- Join our annual Blue Badge parking Scheme- Visit customer Services for more details. 

ecoATM- ecoATM provides a convenient and responsible way for consumers to trade in pre-owned smartphones for instant payment, with the assurance that the devices will be recycled or reused. ecoATM can be found on Upper level.

Pig Pong Parlour - Play for free, located on the first floor of the centre.

First aid:
We have 2 defibrillators on site, with fully trained staff to operate them.

Family Services

Toilets
The Mall Toilets will open at 8am Mon-Sat and 8:30am on a Sunday. The Main toilets will close 30 minutes after the stores close. The Centre will remain open for access to Vue Cinema, I'm A Celebrity...Jungle Challenge, Plaza Restaurants and Lowry Theatre, all of which have their own toilet facilities.

Parent and Baby Changing Rooms
Located in our public toilets on the Upper Mall accessible by lift and escalator. Rooms provide changing facilities, plus toilet and washroom.

Breast Feeding
We are a breast feeding friendly centre and are happy for Mum's to feed anywhere within the centre.

Cash Machines
There is one cash machine located on the first floor (between the lift and Newspoint) and on the ground floor opposite M&S Home, offering free of charge withdrawals.






Collect+

Collect+

CollectPlus Click & Collect is the easy way to send and collect parcels seven days a week. Our CollectPlus service is available from Customer Services which can be found near the main plaza doors on the ground floor. Buy online at any of the participating retailers @ http://www.collectplus.co.uk/click-and-collect and get your package delivered to Quayside MediaCityUK, it’s as easy as that!

Click & Collect

Follow the three simple steps, below:

  1. Shop from the comfort of your own home, choose the CollectPlus option and select Quayside MediaCityUK on the store locator as the place to collect your order.
  2. You’ll be emailed or sent an SMS with a collection barcode when your item arrives at Quayside MediaCityUK.
  3. Take your code to Customer Services, located on the ground floor along with your ID and collect your parcel.

Return A Parcel

It’s easy to return a parcel to over 350 retailers, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Stick your label onto the parcel. If you can’t find that label you can download a new one @ http://www.collectplus.co.uk/retailers

  2. Drop your parcel off at Customer Services located on the ground floor.
  3. Track your parcel online to its destination.

Send A Parcel

The CollectPlus send service makes it easy to send parcels to both home addresses in the UK and also the CollectPlus network of over 6,300 locations if you know your recipient won’t be in.

You can send parcels up to 10kg and a range of cover is available. Certain items can’t be sent via the CollectPlus network @ http://www.collectplus.co.uk/contact#prohibited-and-restricted

The Collect+ App

You may want to download the Free CollectPlus app http://www.collectplus.co.uk/mobile-apps. If you open a free account you can track all your send and returns parcels to their destination and also monitor the progress of any Click & Collect orders on their way to you.

Giving Something Back

At Quayside MediaCityUK we continue to support Francis House Children’s Hospice again this year due to the amazing work they do and understand that any charitable donations we can contribute can go a long way in helping fund the Hospice. This has been a long running relationship where we have supported them by hosting the Annual Festival of Trees at the Centre and in 2019 we made the decision to make Francis House our Nominated Charity and strive to support them all year round and not just at Christmas.

In 2021 Quayside MediaCityUK hosted Festival of Trees and raised over £15,000 and we will continue to support this amazing charity by carrying out a number of activities throughout the year.

Free wifi is available for customers throughout the centre as well as selected shops who provide their own.

Scooters and wheelchairs are available, however numbers are limited, and are on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Customer Services for information on 0161 848 1850. We provide these facilities free of charge. Proof of ID will be required when using this facility.
Quayside MediaCityUK offers easy access for disabled visitors. Parking bays are available on every floor of our Car Park and all floors of the Car Park and the shopping centre have lift access.For more information on disabled car parking, please contact the Information Desk on 0161 848 1850.
Disabled toilets are available on the Upper Level (access via lift) lobby area next to Ponden Home.
