By Rail
You can connect to Salford Quays from either Manchester Piccadilly or Victoria Train Stations using the Metrolink tram services.
By Metrolink Tram
Trams run every 12 minutes between the Cornbrook and MediaCityUK Manchester stops from 7.15am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 9.30am to 6pm on Saturdays. The Eccles line service also stops at Broadway and Harbour City during these times. Outside these times, Eccles line trams call at the MediaCityUK Manchester stop, during normal tram operating times. When the shuttle is running, this means that there is a 6 minute service between Cornbrook and Harbour City.

By Bus
The number 50 bus operates a frequent service between Salford Quays and East Didsbury. Calling at all existing Salford QuaysLink stops and also serving Salford Central station and Manchester City centre. The number 79 bus runs from Swinton to Stretford via the quays, and replaces the number 69 bus route.
Other bus services provide links to MediaCityUK Manchester, either running near Salford Quays or Trafford Park, within easy reach via the new MediaCityUK Manchester footbridge across the Manchester Ship Canal. Switching between buses and Metrolink trams is easy in Manchester city centre at Piccadilly Gardens and Shudehill transport interchanges.
